Month of June 2010:
I am going to take a chef position at Voila bistro, Madison Valley, and will still be available to teach every Mondays and Saturdays.
Opening of Chloe bistro by Laurent Gabrel, owner of Voila bistro.
Month of March 2010:
I am visiting my family in Provence from the 2nd to the 15th, I will not be available for lessons during this time but I will still be able to take inquiries and schedule future plans.
