Hi all, I'm back. let's get cooking !!!
Months of May through July:
I took a temporary position as chef for River Dance Lodge Idaho and consequently Regional French Cuisine will be closed.
I will still be able to take party reservations, and will love to see you all in July.

Month of December 2010:
Because of the numerous demands from all of you dear Patrons, I am now available to teach 7 days a week !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Month of September 2010:
I will not be available for lessons Saturdays 11th and 18th.
Month of March 2010:
I am visiting my family in Provence from the 2nd to the 15th, I will not be available for lessons during this time but I will still be able to take inquiries and schedule future plans.
