3 progressive series of 15 x 4 hour session, Apprentis, comis, and cuisinier (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
From the basic knife skill and cooking techniques to more complex gourmet recipes and plating,
Restaurant, real time simulation, role playing.
You'll will be awarded (or not) with a certificate of completion for each end of series
