Chef David will offer french cuisine retreats on Canoe Island, the geographic heart of the San Juan Islands.
April, May, and September. Duration 4 days.
Accommodation provided in deluxe tipis.
Transportation from Orcas Is ferry dock to Canoe Is on private ferry boat included in the price of the trip.
Other activities can be provided on demand, kayaking, heated pool, french language class, ecology class, and archery.
Retreat must have a minimum of 12 people to run.
